About the role

Full-time position

 

The Marketing & Events Community Manager will be the face and voice of TeamFirst, engaging our community through interactive events and social media. You'll create a platform for collaboration and innovation.

How you will succeed:

  • Develop marketing strategies: Increase brand awareness and community engagement.

  • Plan and manage events: Organize webinars, workshops, and networking events.

  • Create content: Curate engaging content for social media platforms.

  • Analyze performance: Track event and marketing metrics to improve strategies.

  • Build relationships: Engage with community members, partners, and stakeholders.

You are best for this role because:

  • You have 2+ years of experience in marketing and events management.

  • You're an excellent communicator and organizer.

  • You're proficient in social media management and content creation.

  • You can work independently and manage multiple projects.

  • You have a passion for engaging diverse communities.

  • Business Level English

  • Japanese language skills preferred but not essential
