About the role
Full-time position
The Lead Recruitment Consultant will drive our recruitment strategy, leveraging extensive experience to bring as many good people into good companies as possible. You'll be a key player in building high-performing teams and shaping the future of our organization.
How you will succeed:

Develop and implement recruitment strategies: Align strategies with business objectives to maximize placements.

Lead and mentor: Guide the recruitment team, providing support and training to ensure success.

Build relationships: Network with industry professionals and potential candidates to maintain a robust talent pool.

Collaboration: Skilled in collaborating with and influencing stakeholders across various teams and functions to champion talent development, improve efficiency, and boost productivity.

Stakeholder Management: Proficient in establishing, nurturing, and mobilizing long-term relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Talent Sourcing: Source potential candidates via social and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn, career forums, academic institutions). Identify gaps and opportunities in new talent pools to support inclusion and enhance diversity within TeamFirst.

Analyze and improve: Use data to enhance recruitment processes and track key metrics for success. Design and implement results-driven labor market research and analysis to identify the best candidate and company matches.

Onboarding: Create an efficient and memorable onboarding process for incoming candidates. Schedule candidate interviews with TeamFirst and suitable companies. Design and manage interviewer training paths and the interview funnel/process.

Admin and Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for all relevant financials and KPIs. Provide updates and reporting for stakeholders and talent matching. Administrate and coordinate internal recruitment activities in accordance with Japanese regulations.

Support HR Initiatives: Foster Diversity and Inclusion, reinforce agile leadership, assist in HR operations when necessary.
