About the role
Full-time position
The Lead Recruitment Consultant will drive our recruitment strategy, leveraging extensive experience to bring as many good people into good companies as possible. You'll be a key player in building high-performing teams and shaping the future of our organization.
How you will succeed:
Talent Sourcing

Source potential candidates for TeamFirst via social and professional networks such as LinkedIn, career forums, and academic institutions.

Identify gaps and opportunities in new talent pools to support inclusion and enhance diversity within TeamFirst.

Design and implement results-driven labor market research and analysis to identify the best candidate and company matches.
Onboarding

Create an efficient and memorable onboarding process for incoming candidates.

Schedule candidate interviews both with TeamFirst and with suitable companies.

Design and manage interviewer training paths as well as the interview funnel and process.
Admin and Reporting

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for all relevant financials and financial KPIs.

Prepare updates and reporting for various stakeholders and talent matching.

You have 8+ years of experience in recruitment with a focus on high-volume placements.

Business Level English

Business Level Japanese preferred

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
