About the role

Full-time position

 

The Lead Recruitment Consultant will drive our recruitment strategy, leveraging extensive experience to bring as many good people into good companies as possible. You'll be a key player in building high-performing teams and shaping the future of our organization.

How you will succeed:

Talent Sourcing

  • Source potential candidates for TeamFirst via social and professional networks such as LinkedIn, career forums, and academic institutions. 

  • Identify gaps and opportunities in new talent pools to support inclusion and enhance diversity within TeamFirst.

  • Design and implement results-driven labor market research and analysis to identify the best candidate and company matches.

Onboarding

  • Create an efficient and memorable onboarding process for incoming candidates.

  • Schedule candidate interviews both with TeamFirst and with suitable companies.

  • Design and manage interviewer training paths as well as the interview funnel and process.

Admin and Reporting

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for all relevant financials and financial KPIs.

  • Prepare updates and reporting for various stakeholders and talent matching.

You are best for this role because:

  • You have 8+ years of experience in recruitment with a focus on high-volume placements.

  • You excel in strategic planning and leadership.

  • You're a strong communicator and negotiator.

  • You have a data-driven approach to decision-making.

  • You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Business Level English

  • Business Level Japanese preferred

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
