Why event support?

With in-person events becoming possible once again, we at TeamFirst can’t wait to see the rest of the community and provide everyone with the opportunity to get to know one another over some casual drinks. 

About the role

Part-time position


We are looking for someone who is interested in helping TeamFirst plan events for our members. As we are transitioning back into in-person office events, we hope to bring the community together in a more informal setting and allow our TeamFirst members to meet one another and exchange ideas over food and drinks. We’ve already held a handful of these events in the past few months, however, we are looking for someone to aid in planning and holding these events.

In this role, you will take leadership in: 

  • Plan, invite, and attend in-person gatherings at the Nakameguro office and other fun venues.

  • Provide support in planning and attending other TeamFirst-related events, from dinners and talks to outings.

  • Write short blog posts describing the event for the TeamFirst website.

You are best for this role because:

  • You are an outgoing person always ready to socialize and meet new people.

  • You have experience in event planning and love to attend TeamFirst events!
